Two optional adult workspaces
These are original native paper conveniences. They ask for public source and resource-edit information, not child names, diagnoses, photographs, addresses, private conversations or identifiable learner work. Leave any field empty until you have useful evidence. Oral preparation or your own file works too.
Local-source recheck · seven empty fields
A portrait page has seven broad white empty writing areas in a vertical sequence. Outside labels are: Official organisation and page URL; Date and time checked; Small fact the page supports; Conditions, date or uncertainty; Optional pretend-play connection; What an adult must recheck; Reviewer and edition date, if reviewed. No fact, service condition, review, child record or approval is prefilled. The title and instructions sit above them; the credit and original-adult-workspace label sit below. The full dated local guide remains the source for how to separate a checked fact from an invented play connection.
Resource-change proposal · five empty fields
A portrait page has five broad white empty areas with outside labels: Resource link and version; Proposed changed words; Why this helps; Relevant factual source, if needed; Ownership, sharing rights and changes credit. The changed-words area is larger. No edit, factual citation, ownership claim, consent or submission is supplied. A clearly labelled reminder below says a saved draft is not submission and proposals enter review. The complete edit guide gives the contribution/form/email routes and adult form requirements. Your private complete file can be longer than the online message limit.
Both are optional adult writing spaces, not assessments, child activities or required family records. Saving, copying, printing or filling them does not send a proposal, update another copy, grant a licence or publish automatically. Keep the complete source/edit/rights guidance with them.
