# Original A–F micro-scene kit

All places, roles and objects are fictional paper constructions. **PLACE** tells where the invented scene occurs; **ROLE** tells who a figure is within that fiction; **ACTION** tells what happens. Picture cards have matching printed labels and exact [text/tactile versions](print/TEXT-ALTERNATIVES.md). Any optional enactment is child-controlled, local and non-contact. A paper route shows a plan, not role performance or social interaction. Use fixed large pieces, not small loose props.

### A · One role, two places

The same PAPER VISITOR stands at a **GALLERY** doorway in one frame and a **GARDEN** gate in another. Change PLACE only. A child chooses which invented setting helps the visitor look for a drawing. No real venue or community is represented. [A setting card](print/place.svg).

### B · Two roles, one place

The GALLERY stays. In one version a figure is a **VISITOR** who looks at a picture; in another the figure is a **GUIDE** who offers a picture. Change ROLE and intended action while keeping the paper setting; do not infer any real job duties. [B role card](print/role.svg).

### C · First, then

Two numbered beats: **LOOK at the paper box**, then **WAIT beside it**. A different second action is **SHOW the box to a paper friend**. The child chooses one second beat and tells/shows a possible reason. There is no actual waiting requirement. [C action strip](print/action.svg).

### D · What gets attention?

Two paper objects, a CIRCLE and a SQUARE, sit in the same fictional ROOM. One scene plan points a thick focus arrow at the CIRCLE; another points it at the SQUARE. Change intended **FOCUS** only; no viewer response is assumed. [D focus card](print/focus.svg).

### E · Turn order changes meaning

With two neutral paper figures A and B, **A OFFERS a drawing; B LOOKS** is one sequence. **B OFFERS; A LOOKS** changes who takes the first turn while preserving the two actions. A child chooses an order for a fictional desk scene; no partner role-play is compulsory. [E turn card](print/turns.svg).

### F · Choose and share

The child picks PLACE, ROLE and one or two ACTION beats for an original tiny scene. Log whether an actual willing person received an enacted scene, narrated scene, puppet scene, paper plan, or nothing yet. Rehearsal with a paper puppet is not actual-audience sharing.
