# School-controlled real source, permission and cultural-authority gate

The public Paper Arch Square and both checks are **fictional**. A teacher may offer a separately approved, private and voluntary actual familiar-place route for AC9HSFK03. Check school policy, child consent, accessibility, weather, supervision and privacy. Name the actual place only in school records, never the public repository. Record the actual dated observation, source/permission, the child's own reason or “not stated,” specific care idea, whether permission was granted, whether an action occurred, and what was observed afterwards. A planned action or fictional map is not an observed care result. A child may use the complete fictional route without penalty or personal disclosure.

For AC9HSFK01, use actual private family sources only with child/family choice; do not demand photographs, birthplace or relationship disclosure in a public task. For AC9HSFK02, distinguish a genuinely family-shared significant event from invented anniversary stories, again with voluntary private access. For **AC9HSFK04**, identify the school’s actual Country/Place and collaborate with appropriate local First Nations knowledge holders and cultural authority before teaching its importance, using or translating language, reproducing stories, maps, names or symbols. National generic maps, web guesses and AI translations cannot establish local authority. A permission to view does not grant public-reuse rights. If any gate is missing, **hold the relevant knowledge claim** and arrange another opportunity.

It supplies no local cultural content or permission. Agreed local content can be prepared before learner evidence exists; a source encounter and actual response are recorded separately when teaching occurs. A blank form or familiar-place fallback does not supply K04.
