# Foundation / Queensland Prep HASS · Term 3 Weeks 23–24 · Days 111–120

This original two-week pack follows [HASS Weeks 21–22](../weeks-21-22/README.md). It includes ten optional [25-minute teacher scripts](LESSONS.md), thirty switchable [same-goal access routes](LEARNER-CARDS.md), twenty [fully worked everyday transfers](PRACTICE-SWAPS.md), ten free [optional family/carer bridges](FAMILY-CARER-OPTIONS.md), eight original [A4 SVG/PDF illustrated aids with exact text/tactile/no-print alternatives](print/TEXT-ALTERNATIVES.md), and two fresh [public checks](STUDENT-CHECKS.md) with a [separate teacher key](teacher/KEY-AND-NEXT.md). Fit the blocks to the school's HASS allocation.

**Inquiry:** In a wholly invented Paper Room, a reading window opens. Some visitors mark the opening with paper strips; one person explains why they joined, while another did not make a strip and gives no reason for that choice. Children ask: *Who says an event mattered to them? What can we learn from participation or silence? How can we ask without assuming or requiring an answer?* This extends the earlier Story Cart's original-event/later-marking work into respectful question design, source scope and chosen non-participation. Week 23's integrated [event-order work](../../../term-3/week-23-a-story-we-can-place-in-time.md) remains English/mathematics practice. Week 24's integrated [feelings/help work](../../../term-3/week-24-feelings-and-help.md) follows local safeguarding policy; this HASS pack does not diagnose anyone's feeling or rehearse a real disclosure.

The [exact ACARA v9 / Queensland Prep crosswalk](CURRICULUM-CROSSWALK.md) marks AC9HSFK02 as **fictional concept rehearsal only** and S01–S05 as partial source-skill practice. All K01–K04 remain held for authentic locally appropriate evidence. The fictional opening is not a significant event shared with any real family or community. No child must disclose family, belief, celebration, loss, participation, feeling, home, culture or Country/Place.
