# Educator-only answers and next teaching

## Fresh Check I

Start: **START TRIANGLE MIDDLE; A TRIANGLE LEFT; B TRIANGLE LEFT**. Model response: **START TRIANGLE MIDDLE; A TRIANGLE LEFT; B TRIANGLE RIGHT**. Only branch B’s ending changes position. A stays LEFT; START stays MIDDLE. A child who redraws both branches or treats A→B as sequential steps needs another concrete fork comparison *after* their first response is saved.

## Fresh Check J

Start: **CIRCLE sign → TRIANGLE ending; TRIANGLE sign → TRIANGLE ending**. Model response: **CIRCLE sign → CIRCLE ending; TRIANGLE sign → TRIANGLE ending**. The signs stay; only the CIRCLE-sign ending is replaced. Accept a different visual arrangement if both mappings are correct. A child who swaps the signs or replaces both endings has not met the stated “one ending only” brief, though it may show an alternative coherent design.

**Interpretation limit:** A correct public check suggests a next making opportunity. An absent or different response suggests more accessible modelling and dialogue, not a diagnosis. Neither check proves camera/audio/digital production, an actual reader choice, or authentic media engagement.
