# Conditional authentic media encounter

Day 49 may include an authorised real media work so children can ask about a maker’s actual purpose. This pack’s original ticks and geometric cards **cannot stand in for a local maker**, a First Nations sound tradition or any community interpretation. If permission, maker statement or cultural authority is missing, mark the encounter **not held** and use adult-owned original material only to practise questions.
