# Desk run-through · teacher, learner and prospective funder

**Scope:** internal desk reading, mechanical checks and inspected rendered sheets on 30 September 2026. No child, local teacher, accessibility specialist, cultural authority or funder has piloted this pack. Candidate audio remains held pending human listening and comfortable-level review. These are optional formative starts, not formal tests.

## Teacher · run Day 43 without a device

Lay two fixed broad strips on a table: circle/T = X REST X REST, then triangle/T′ = X REST REST REST. The A4 turn-arrow card shows a thick visible arrow over the divider. Follow the 3/4/5/7/4/2-minute script. A child may point to circle then triangle without a partner or sound. Note both intact phrases and role order. Do **not** mark “two students took turns,” “heard contrast,” or “performed in time” from this plan.

## Learner · quiet/tactile route through Day 47

Use a raised four-cell strip for each phrase with a wide divider. A child traces T and T′, then directs a neutral adult to move only circle/triangle labels in the separate upper row. Eight beat places and three event cards stay; the source order changes. The child may explain through AAC, a drawing, pointing or silence/pass. The paper route gives access to the same **compositional distinction** without promising the same acoustic evidence.

## Learner · check-day independence

On Day 45, place two unfamiliar J cards, a raised divider and a broad REST tile. Read the public brief exactly. The adult does not move the REST tile for the child. Save the first complete arrangement and indicated changed cell before opening the educator key. On Day 50, repeat with new V and circle/triangle source labels. The checks have different sources and specified transformations; practice swaps are held until after the first response.

## Prospective funder / assessor · inspect verifiable claims

The [crosswalk](CURRICULUM-CROSSWALK.md) pins four exact Prep rows and marks the two that require a real maker/work or audience. Six original practice sheets and two fresh checks have A4 SVG/PDF, exact text/tactile alternatives, a deterministic generator and a SHA-256 manifest. Original WAV events are indexed by time and pitch. The [rights ledger](SOURCE-AND-RIGHTS.md) separates original work from curriculum references and holds cultural material behind relevant permission. A passing verifier establishes file integrity and score consistency, not effectiveness, teacher acceptance, universal accessibility or fundability.

## Before classroom use

An educator reviews print size, raised-card fabrication, AAC route, room acoustics, consent, optional safe sources and any cue on intended equipment. They choose a real work with title, maker, permission and appropriate cultural context if using the exploring row. They record actual child sound, actual listening, actual audience receipt and actual authentic-source response only when observed. Classroom trials, independent access review and translated-language review remain open.
