ACARA workbook/overview/terms fresh direct GET succeeded; QCAA direct resources returned 403 and official indexed text supplied narrow alignment. No invented fetch success, latest adoption date, cultural validity or endorsement. Original materials are reproducible; source/licence match does not prove classroom value.

Candidate audio clearance sheet records **HUMAN LISTENING NOT DONE / DEVICE NOT APPROVED / LOCAL VOLUME NOT APPROVED**. Whole-file human preview on the intended device/room volume/stop choices is held before playback. Digital peaks cannot establish acoustic safety. No-sound plans establish chosen musical decisions, not hearing/timing/child performance. Adult realization is adult making. Actual source encounter and audience sharing are separate evidence gates.

Authored and computer-checked, **not independently educator-reviewed, child/family-tested or classroom piloted**. Independent local review remains necessary before classroom use. CC BY permits reuse; it does not transfer curriculum, font or First Nations authority. Changes need attribution and indication; do not export unobserved claims as observed results.
