**Fact and claim review:** Exact Science code/wording can be checked mechanically. Statements about a local object's motion, material, surface and safe release cannot be verified centrally; the teacher must supply a dated real source and preflight. Models M/N/P/Q and the held fallbacks explicitly state invented status. No animal, plant, place-specific, cultural, First Nations language or translated assertion is invented. No learner data or photographs belong in the public pack.

**Accessibility and use:** SVG/PDF page text is recreated in [MATERIALS.md](MATERIALS.md) with exact read-aloud/tactile descriptions, with a no-touch/private route. This is a design provision, not a certification. Check a local child's assistive technology and school policy. The public teacher key is intentionally separate, but a teacher should keep it out of learner view until the first response.
