**Real image rights gate:** If a teacher supplies a real animal PHOTO, school must verify creator/source URL, licence or explicit permission, publication/creation date if known, date viewed, subject/crop, and privacy/safety. Those rights do not transfer to SubjectNest's CC BY assets. If rights or provenance are uncertain, do not use; keep REAL OBSERVATION NOT AVAILABLE. A verified real PHOTO supports only depicted visible features, not local presence, a live investigation, or absence of features outside crop.

**Fact boundary:** A fictional animal-like outline is not a real animal, and “-like” marks are not species facts. No animal is promised to appear in a shared place. Actual safe distant observation needs approval, local date/view/access and exact visible feature; NOT SEEN TODAY is valid. Two actual crops of one animal are not two subjects. No invented wildlife behaviour, species, location, cultural/First Nations knowledge, child response, trial or measured gain is stated as fact. Adult reports stay attributed. School keeps real child/source records private.
