**Actual trial gate:** local school approval and adult pretest of a low stable rimmed tray and one large closed carton; remove sharp/loose/unknown components. Adult alone controls tilt, placement and release; no height, launch, chase or animal interaction. Record actual date, apparatus, prior prediction order, every raw attempt and interruption, who directly observed and neutral attributed adult report if used. A teacher may decide the physical route is unsuitable. That yields **REAL OBSERVATION NOT AVAILABLE**, not learner failure. Fictional M/R/S stops are invented. No data, real movement factor, classroom run, listener reaction or child improvement is fabricated.

**Privacy and real sample gate:** Week 20 may use consented child-owned school samples only in approved private systems; record origin/date/permissions and redact names, faces, precise locations, family and health/access details before any wider display. Do not import a third-party photo or school sample into these public CC BY assets. A photo of a real object requires creator, licence/permission, date, crop and privacy check; a PHOTO is mediated evidence, not a live event. An adult report stays attributed.

**Access and equity:** [Exact A4 label order and tactile reproduction](MATERIALS.md) are design provisions, not certified accessibility. No forced sensory contact; a quiet paper route pursues reasoning but never earns direct-observation credit. [Family prompts](FAMILY-OPTIONAL.md) require no purchase, experiment or return. First Nations knowledge, place names and languages are not invented or machine-translated here.
