# Twenty worked swaps · choose, do not assign as extra work

Each pair offers a fresh domain and one short worked teacher response. They are **optional FICTIONAL MODELS** unless an explicitly described approved local event actually occurs, is dated and is recorded separately. The imagined outcomes below are never local results. Use one to reteach or extend the [daily goal](LESSONS.md); a child need not complete both. For check days, use these **after** the first independent response so the new check remains fresh.

## Day 121

1. **Library book trolley picture model.** Three drawn positions show a large trolley symbol at shelf, centre aisle and return desk; no connecting trace. **Worked report:** “The pictures show three trolley positions, but not whether the imagined trolley paused or went around a corner.”
2. **Garden mat picture model.** A broad mat symbol appears beside a seed tray, between benches and near the gate in three invented frames. **Worked report:** “This is an ordered paper story; no real mat or route has been observed.”

## Day 122

1. **Museum parcel model.** A drawn parcel visits display A, central table and display B; one line is straight and one bends by a blank wall. **Worked report:** “Both drawn lines fit the same three stations. A real parcel route would need an actual source.”
2. **Community hall banner model.** Three stills show one banner symbol left, middle and right; a dotted route curves high while a solid route stays low. **Worked report:** “The stills alone do not choose dotted or solid; both are paper possibilities.”

## Day 123

1. **Art-room folder question model.** A large folder symbol begins on one table and ends on another with no recorded movement. **Worked report:** “Ask ‘Did it turn at the corner?’ before any approved real observation; ‘it turned’ is not yet a result.”
2. **Post-office sorting table model.** A broad parcel icon has a START and MIDDLE position but no event. **Worked report:** “A valid prediction is ‘I think it might stop at MIDDLE’, recorded before a future event, not inferred from the final icon.”

## Day 124

1. **School-approved pad event, only if actually run.** An adult genuinely moves the confirmed large pad after the gate; local path is unknown until observed. **Worked report:** “Write exact local date, adult action and the child's directly accessed path or attributed report; there is no fixed result to copy from this page.”
2. **Theatre prop paper model.** A broad stage prop is drawn behind a paper screen at START and FINISH; middle action is hidden. **Worked report:** “Record PATH NOT SEEN for the middle, not an invented straight line.”

## Day 125

1. **After-check bakery tray model.** Three invented pictures put a large tray at left, centre and right of a counter. **Worked report:** “Name those positions; whether the tray stopped or changed direction is unknown from stills.”
2. **After-check bus map model.** A big bus symbol appears at three stops in a made-up map, with no trace or timetable. **Worked report:** “The map does not show the exact road taken or how long the imagined bus waited.”

## Day 126

1. **Sports-equipment shed note model.** A fictional observer writes that a large soft block slid, paused, then turned; a screen hides the final edge. **Worked report:** “Repeat the stated slide/pause/turn as MODEL and keep the final hidden edge UNKNOWN.”
2. **Health-clinic trolley note model.** An invented record says a broad trolley symbol reached a doorway, but the observer stood behind a curtain. **Worked report:** “The invented endpoint is reported; the exact hidden approach cannot be claimed.”

## Day 127

1. **School hall sign model.** A fictional learner wrote “might turn” before an invented route log that says “went straight”. **Worked report:** “Within this MODEL, prior prediction and later described route differ; it is not the child's real class result.”
2. **Workshop panel model.** The invented prediction card was written after the drawn endpoint was shown. **Worked report:** “This is an after-result thought, so mark NO PRIOR PREDICTION; do not score it as a comparison.”

## Day 128

1. **Food-bank crate drawing model.** One invented trace goes straight; a second turns because the pretend adult deliberately guides a bend. **Worked report:** “These are two drawn routes with a changed adult action; they cannot show the crate material caused the bend.”
2. **Classroom display model.** A pretend path is partly covered by a card on try 2. **Worked report:** “Keep try 1's drawn trace and mark try 2 PATH NOT SEEN / INTERRUPTED as the prompt requires; never fill the cover with a guessed line.”

## Day 129

1. **Tool-library poster model.** A display says an imaginary square definitely travelled straight because it is fabric, although only three still positions appear. **Worked report:** “The poster can name positions; the route and material cause are not shown.”
2. **School art show model.** A child-directed caption points to a solid possible route and says “This is one way the pictured shape might have gone.” **Worked report:** “This is a careful possibility, labelled MODEL, not a real motion result or audience response.”

## Day 130

1. **After-check ferry-terminal drawing model.** A large luggage symbol appears at START and FINISH; the middle panel is blank. **Worked report:** “Only the two positions are given. Ask what a safe, actual full-path record would need.”
2. **After-check science-museum display model.** An invented full-path video description is cited without source date or permission, and a caption claims all square objects move alike. **Worked report:** “A future verified source could support one bounded event; it cannot justify a rule about every square object.”

The domains are intentionally varied; no one family's job, home, culture, access device or transport use is assumed. An actual local example replaces its fictional counterpart only with school approval, a dated direct/attributed record, consent and raw outcome.
