# Switchable learner routes

Offer all three routes to everyone; choose or change them without a learning-style label. Adult reads one prompt at a time, uses the established communication system/home language and records exact direction/support. A real object, picture, actual relief rubbing and unmade description are different evidence. ## Day 81 · Where will your shapes go?

**A · Make/choose:** Choose broad forms and place them on the blank base; adult fixes after your confirmation.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Tell/direct the adult exactly which form, where and which way. Confirm before fixing.

**C · No material plan:** Describe/dictate the same master positions. Label MASTER PLAN; nothing has been fixed.

**At home · optional:** Imagine two big shapes for an imaginary creature. Tell someone where they go; no card required. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 82 · Which marks appeared today?

**A · Make/choose:** Try the approved small rubbing; choose a mark to keep. Stop or use drawn paper by choice.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Choose tool/area and direct the adult rubbing. Use an exact live description of the actual paper.

**C · No material plan:** State an area to try and what is still unknown. Choose drawn marks or PLAN ONLY; no rubbing result claimed.

**At home · optional:** Describe a mark you already made today or imagine a trial. Do not rub household/outdoor objects. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 83 · Which paper parts will you keep?

**A · Make/choose:** Point to broad patches; adult prepares safely. Arrange side-by-side or overlap on your choice.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct selected patch boundaries and exact position/top piece; adult describes what stays visible.

**C · No material plan:** Describe selected actual paper marks if available, otherwise invented drawn patches. Dictate positions; PLAN ONLY.

**At home · optional:** Imagine two paper patches for a picture and say which would cover the other. Nothing needs cutting. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 84 · What is your picture becoming?

**A · Make/choose:** Arrange broad patches; attach only if wanted. Choose meaning, title/no title and private/display/postcard form.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct the same placement/order and any one drawn mark or title; confirm final art.

**C · No material plan:** Explain exact composition and your intended meaning; choose a title or none. Keep PLAN ONLY.

**At home · optional:** Tell someone about an invented picture you would keep, display quietly or give to a willing reader. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 85 · Make an idea from this NEW master.

**A · Make/choose:** Use fresh Y shapes/blank paper. Choose a new arrangement and process; preserve first work before models.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Use exact Y source description/fixed raised source; direct your art positions/status, with no adult suggestion.

**C · No material plan:** Describe new Y arrangement, what needs a real try, and collage use. Preserve PLAN ONLY first response.

**At home · optional:** After school capture, imagine a NEW broad loop-and-block master. Explain what would need trying; no fresh Y answer replay. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 86 · What came from the source? What did you choose?

**A · Make/choose:** Select Courtyard C feature or approved dated feature; place an art patch and show source/art difference.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct the same selected feature and invented mark. Adult reads exact source or actual observation record.

**C · No material plan:** Describe one supplied/actually observed feature and your separate invented art decision; PLAN ONLY.

**At home · optional:** Invent a pretend shared place with one feature and one care idea. Do not reveal real location or visit anywhere. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 87 · How can your picture show your care idea?

**A · Make/choose:** Arrange broad rubbing/drawn patches for your chosen feature/care idea; choose phrase or no text.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct each patch/space/phrase on your chosen meaning. Adult makes and records source type and maker.

**C · No material plan:** Dictate exact feature, art position and intended care idea. Mark proposed care and unmade art separately.

**At home · optional:** Choose a pretend place feature and a kind care idea. Art does not mean an action was done or permitted. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 88 · Keep, quiet display or postcard?

**A · Make/choose:** Choose use and one actual adaptation: backing, placement, title/no title, loose/attached.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct the same adaptation; choose keep/private or ask actual viewer permission through teacher.

**C · No material plan:** Describe adaptation/use and whose agreement is still needed. Keep as a plan; no sending assumed.

**At home · optional:** Think of a picture you would keep or offer to someone willing. No address, posting, purchase or sharing required. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 89 · What did the viewer notice—or what do you notice?

**A · Make/choose:** If willing viewer agrees, show art quietly; choose revision/retention from actual response. Or self-review.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Direct showing through your established route, hear exact interpretation and direct one decision. Or self-review.

**C · No material plan:** Describe own plan/choice; if actually shared record that exact event, otherwise SELF-REVIEW / NOT OBSERVED.

**At home · optional:** Choose private self-review of an imagined picture. Name one choice you would keep/change; do not invent a viewer. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.

## Day 90 · Make a NEW care art idea.

**A · Make/choose:** Use fresh Z source and broad paper to compose own idea; choose use/status. First response before any worked model.

**B · Direct/describe actual work:** Access exact fresh Z description/fixed source, then direct positions/meaning/use/status with no suggested answer.

**C · No material plan:** Dictate new feature/art/meaning/use; label unmade stages PLAN ONLY and audience NOT OBSERVED unless real.

**At home · optional:** After capture, invent a DIFFERENT pretend coat corner. Name feature and art choice; no Z answer rehearsal. A pass is fine; no family response or personal disclosure required.
