# Source, authorship and rights ledger

## Curriculum sources and limits

QCAA text retains its own stated licence/exceptions; no QCAA assessment page is reproduced as an aid.
- [Creative Australia protocols](https://www.creative.gov.au/first-nations-arts/protocols-for-using-first-nations-cultural-and-intellectual-property-in-the-arts): primary public page/index inspected 30 September. Consultation, authority, context, attribution and consent apply to particular First Nations art/knowledge. This is guidance, not blanket reproduction permission. No cultural motif, community story, language or public/cultural-object rubbing is included.
- [National Gallery of Art, The Elements of Art: Color](https://www.nga.gov/educational-resources/elements-art/elements-art-color): primary public page inspected 30 September. Its paper-over-raised-surface crayon-rubbing description confirms the general process. This is an overseas Years 1–2 activity, not a Foundation curriculum endorsement or tested access claim. No museum artwork, photograph, worksheet, hot-glue method or wording is reproduced; our original clean-card method and local trial gate are separate.

Independent teacher/curriculum review; actual child usability/timing; individual access and specialist review; safe materials/actual setup trial; fluent human translation if used; authentic maker encounter; approved dated real place; relevant Country/Place authority; any real care/outdoor event; and optional actual willing audience/display/recipient agreement. Author desk scripts and screenshots are not human classroom or accessibility testing. Keep pupil/source/place records privately, outside this public pack.
