There is no imported empirical paper or authentic administrative dataset in this pack. The first five paired index routes and the 36 tag statuses are invented for interpretation practice; the held-out cases are likewise invented. No observed learning, service performance, cause, community position, local syllabus adoption or translation quality follows. A school using real data later must secure authority, privacy, rights, method and local curriculum review separately.
