## Claims held back

- The source records and check cases are **constructed**, so their associations, category rates, conditional probabilities and residuals describe only the declared fictional registers. There is no cause, user preference, game-playability or population estimate in them. The `given/of` probabilities assume uniform selection **within the finite fictional register**.
- The Day 19 activity genuinely classifies **12 provided imaginary card records on paper**. It does not conduct a real-world survey or verify the separate 50-card register's prevalence. Planning a random/inclusive sample on Day 14 is paper planning only.
- The teacher-targeted key and checks are **publicly accessible**. They are fresh practice relative to lessons, not secure assessment; adapt if prior access affects an inference about independent work.
- No local state or territory implementation, First Nations language or culture, translation, real media quotation, complete Year 10 subject coverage or demonstrated classroom impact is claimed. A teacher should review timing, access and local sequencing before use.
