# Full text alternative to the original quiet four-beat cue

The optional [WAV timing cue](quiet-four-beat.wav) is a **2.4-second**, single-channel, quiet synthesized example. It contains **no speech, sample, recording of a person, real traffic signal or borrowed melody**. No one needs to listen or make sound to complete the Music blocks. Set playback at a comfortable level or do not play it.

Beats last **0.6 seconds each**. The timing and pitch contrast are examples to alter; learners can choose different original sounds, quiet taps, AAC labels, movement-free symbols or a wholly silent score. The waveform is generated locally by [source code](generate_audio.py) from two simple sine tones with fades, not copied from any recording. It does not convey a public safety instruction.
