# Four original A4 aids · complete text and tactile routes

Each linked SVG and matching one-page PDF is **A4 210 × 297 mm**. They contain titles/descriptions and selectable text, but the PDFs are **untagged**, so this page supplies dependable screen-reader reading order. Every distinction is named and numbered without relying on colour. Print at actual size; learners may write, point, direct a mover or use a scribe. The tactile route is a **full-word paper arrangement**, not a specialist-tested tactile graphic.

Read four numbered cards top to bottom. **1 Stated case fact:** Card C reports one fictional commuter found the timetable text hard to read; keep “one” attached. **2 Possible interpretation:** some users may have trouble reading notices; this is cautious, not a population result. **3 Not established:** most commuters dislike the service; one comment cannot prove that. **4 Next evidence:** seek consented relevant feedback; a plan to collect it is not a result. Tactile route: stack four full-word numbered cards with a raised spacer between them. Keep the source and quantity on card 1, and “not established” on card 3.

## [Life cycle and goals](lifecycle-goals.svg) · [PDF](lifecycle-goals.pdf)

Top stage cards in order: **1 Seed** — Card A has a plan/internal test but no public opening; **2 Start-up** — Card B has taken paid orders; **3 Later stage?** — Card C is established but exact later stage needs more facts. Bottom planning cards: **purpose/goal** dependable fulfilment; **objective** at least 36 of 40 on time, baseline 34; **strategy** possibly improve the booking process; **tactic** trial a checklist, still unproven. Tactile route: make two separate numbered stacks, stage and planning chain. Do not attach an unproven action to an achieved-result label.

## [Environment to SWOT](environment-swot.svg) · [PDF](environment-swot.pdf)

First classify location: **internal** own staff/equipment/process, e.g. StageKit maintenance; **external operating** a specific venue, supplier, customer or competitor; **macro/wider** a broad trend requiring evidence, absent in these case cards. Then four StageKit SWOT boxes: **S internal strength** two knowledgeable staff; **W internal weakness** one person handles maintenance; **O external opportunity** venue enquiry, possible work; **T external threat** competitor weekend offer. Relationship/limit: extra work **may** strain capacity; no sale is confirmed. Tactile route: align three full-word factor-location strips above four separate S/W/O/T boxes, all with category words and cited detail; use a raised “may” strip to connect W to O.

## [Functions and criteria](functions-criteria.svg) · [PDF](functions-criteria.pdf)

First four function rows: **finance** checks spend/budget without assuming return; **human resources** coordinates staffing/training; **marketing/communication** makes truthful service promises; **operations** delivers and improves process. Next four decision criteria: **effectiveness** asks whether a stated goal appears met; **efficiency** asks how resources are used in pursuit of goal; **competitiveness** needs comparable market evidence; **stakeholder satisfaction** needs relevant feedback, not an assumption. Tactile route: create two separate four-card stacks headed “who acts?” and “how judge?”; keep full labels and evidence cautions with each card. A narrow cost ratio alone does not establish all four criteria.
