# Three switchable learner routes every day

Choose A, B or C. The routes differ in mode and case, **not in a fixed learner label**. Each route asks for the day's common evidence: an exact source detail, a deliberate language choice and an honest limit when evidence is incomplete. Speech, sign/AAC, typing, paper, a tactile sequence or a scribe who records learner words can serve any route. The [staff key](teacher/ANSWER-AND-NEXT.md) is for educators; Days 15/20 here are **after-check practice** only.

| Day | A · map/build | B · script/explain | C · inspect/revise | Common evidence |
| ---: | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 11 | Arrange Text A's 9:00, 9:20 and 9:35 actions, then add a warranted time and reason connective. | Give a 35-second spoken/AAC report from Text E's music-sharing card; distinguish a new order from a final programme. | Critique “Seven foam balls remained; therefore one was stolen” using Text E sports log; choose a warranted link. | Relationship word matches source; no invented cause/outcome. |
| 12 | Link `they` and `those two questions` in A/C to exact anchors; replace one unclear `it`. | Rewrite “The rehearsal moved to Room C. They asked about it.” using the theatre micro-card; name who moved what and what the two performers asked. | Explain why Text B's `this decision` has competing anchors; replace it with one precise phrase without adding results. | A reader can point to the same antecedent; uncertain actions remain uncertain. |
| 13 | Make actor–action–summary-noun columns for Text A/B; decide if `relocation` is useful in a second sentence. | Condense the seed-swap card with “the label move” but keep organiser and later question. | Repair “The disappearance proved a theft” using the sports log; distinguish one fewer counted from a cause. | A named action, justified compact noun and evidence limit. |
| 14 | Draft a four-sentence public lantern note with source status, actor, warranted link and limit. | Script a 40-second theatre update using Text E; label it invented and leave the new start time unknown. | Annotate B/C side by side, fixing C's vague `it` and B's unsupported result. | Clear referents, purposeful connective, bounded conclusion for absent reader. |
| 15 | **After first check:** use Text E's theatre note to unpack “the move” into actor/action. | **After first check:** script one sentence that summarises the seed-label shift and names what is unobserved. | **After first check:** critique “The new performance order improved everything” using the music card. | Distinguish event, noun/reference and unknown; never rehearse held-out check text. |
| 16 | Annotate Text D's actions and write a two-sentence summary with one supported abstract noun. | Tell a 45-second scene summary with “suggests” before an inferred feeling. | Challenge “Mica's certainty guided the route”; quote the correction and choose a more defensible noun. | Textual action supports an interpretation, not an invented diagnosis. |
| 17 | Make three evidence steps for `the addition`, `the improvement` and `the hesitation`. | Dictate a report-versus-fiction comparison using one noun from B/C and one from D. | Revise “Confidence returned” and “Mica felt fear” to keep each genre's evidence boundary. | One logged act, one unsupported result, one bounded literary inference. |
| 18 | Reorder the sports-log sentences into actor → count → unknown, with two purposeful links. | Script a seed-swap update using time connective and a precise reference to labels. | Audit a theatre sentence: “The move was announced; therefore everyone attended.” Repair the unsupported result. | Cohesive three-step account and accurate limit. |
| 19 | Write a 55–70-word new scene about a rehearsal doorway; save one revised line. | Script a short scene about an empty equipment cupboard for audio/AAC without recording; include a clear reference chain. | Revise “The worry happened. It was bad. It followed them.” into a concrete 3–4-sentence fictional scene; note the reader effect. | Action before abstract summary, clear referent, purposeful edit and audience. |
| 20 | **After first check:** write a three-sentence seed-swap account with “this label move” and a clear limit. | **After first check:** narrate the sports-log count without inferring theft; use a suitable summary noun. | **After first check:** critique “The rehearsal change restored confidence” from Text E and write a source-bounded line. | Same report/fiction distinction and precise cohesion with unrelated practice. |
