When an old prediction is missing, the display explicitly says NOT RECORDED. A new observation is dated NEW EVIDENCE, not presented as old growth. Day 43 refuses to compare different objects/actions as though one fair test. Days 45/50 require fresh preflighted actual sources or stay paper-only. A teacher can use the blank family prompts without assigning homework.
Child run: From Notebook N I can say the author wrote a prediction near START and a story result at MIDDLE; I cannot say this happened in our classroom. From M1/M2/M3 I can describe marks and ask what real source would be needed. I can point, sign, use AAC, draw, direct an adult, hear attributed neutral description or talk privately. The same source/claim target remains; a model-only route leaves actual evidence open.
Assessor run: Held Day 45 K stepped outline/two circles/diagonal slash and Day 50 L kite outline/three stripes/“always slide” are distinct from Notebook N, M and all worked swaps. First independent response/prompt/access is saved before feedback. The teacher key fixes no real object result. Actual and model evidence are never merged; a photo or adult report keeps its source label. One fresh check cannot establish term mastery or child growth.
Funder/public run: Exact pinned official rows/QCAA scope, original rights, family privacy boundaries and model/actual distinction are visible. No real classroom pilot, teacher field trial, measured learning outcome, full state mapping, translation, cultural authority or accessibility certification is claimed. Local school approval and child/teacher testing remain required before such claims.
