Primary-source fact checks. Australian Electoral Commission Get Voting: running an election and types of elections informed the fair class poll and its federal-election caveat. The class cases, vote totals and source extracts are invented and are not AEC material. Geoscience Australia classroom resources support the use of weathering and erosion as school science topics; our chalk/tray/jar procedures and outcomes are original classroom models and cannot verify the history of a real landform. The eSafety Commissioner’s guidance on privacy for children and digital footprints informs the no-real-data, trusted-adult approach; fictional messages are ours. ACARA’s The Arts overview confirms five Arts subjects and flexible primary implementation.
Original assets. SubjectNest authored the fictional prompts, assessment stimuli, staff response moves, diagrams, A4 masters, text alternatives and the synthesised four-beat WAV cue in this pack. No third-party image, music recording, character, logo, map, translation or First Nations cultural expression was copied into the activities. The PDF copies were generated from our SVGs with Cairo/rsvg-convert using embedded DejaVu Sans; font rights document its separate Bitstream Vera licence. Our original parts are covered by the Year 5 pack's CC BY 4.0 grant; that grant does not relicense the font or ACARA material.
Scope and review holds. These are ten optional short blocks per learning area, not a full year, full achievement standard, official state sequence, clinical advice, flood safety instruction, or proof of classroom effectiveness. Science models need explicit limits. HASS fictional sources do not document a real local place. No First Nations language, story, name, practice, Country permission or translation is invented; add such content only with an appropriate community partner, consent and local review. State and territory curriculum implementation and school policies need local checking. Do not use these cards to collect children’s identifying information or infer a disability/medical status. An educator must check accessibility, safeguarding, device approval and assessment moderation in their setting.
