Question and prediction. Fair comparison: what changes, what is measured, what stays equal. Observation or source data with date/label. Claim, evidence and limitation: “I saw/read … This supports … It cannot yet prove …” Tactile: three different-shaped cards for change/measure/keep, then a separate evidence card. If only a plan was made, say planned test; if illustrative data are supplied, label them fictional.

For Source A and Source B: maker, date, purpose and missing view. Who has authority in this issue, and what responsibility needs checking? Criteria for a fair decision. A cautious action and an unknown. Tactile: two source cards with different edge textures; three authority cards for federal, state/territory and local, allowing two cards together when roles overlap. A class analogy never replaces the actual Constitution or an official decision.

Learner/group code; day; task and access route; action seen/heard; work made/presented; learner explanation/question; evidence status (observed, work seen, plan only, not assessed); one responsive next step. Record no diagnosis, real password, family history or political view. Tactile: four status tokens with distinct raised dot counts; staff enter the selected word in approved records.

Record data needed and data not needed; actual program output and revision. Tick run and observed only after an approved program runs, otherwise paper trace only. Intention and willing audience; one element changed; what actually made or performed; what a viewer/listener noticed; revision and status (performed, work shown, plan only). Tactile: five sequential cards with distinct textures or raised numbers; a learner may direct an accessible movement/mark or use quiet sound. Written notation, storyboard and script are useful planning but do not prove performance.
