- Model · 5 min. Mark Text A's setup, complication and qualified ending. Mark Text B's definition, steps and limit. Say that both mention a key but organise ideas for different readers' needs.
- Feature search · 6 min. Pairs find dialogue or third-person action in A and an imperative or conditional sentence in B. Ask how each feature serves the purpose, not merely what it is called.
- Choice rewrite · 7 min. Choose one: turn Mira's revision into a two-sentence instruction, or turn Text B's “another person” test into a three-sentence mini-scene. Require the purpose to be recognisable.
