Run python label_gate.py to see all four Boolean cases, then python label_gate.py --interactive to try one fictional yes/no pair. It needs no network, account, package installation, real names or personal records. It returns READY only for readable=True and reviewed=True; all other pairs return RECHECK. This models logical operators for Technologies Day 13, not an actual approval or access control. A complete paper/tactile route is to place two true/false cards in four combinations and say the output using that same rule.
