These choices respond to present preferences/access, not fixed learning-style labels or a diagnosis. Offer any route to any child. Keep child decisions and source evidence; record an unavailable route honestly. Large spoken/labelled marks, fixed broad tactile outlines if chosen, AAC, sign, pointing and adult placement are available. Touch, eye contact, stillness, speech and movement are never compulsory. One chunk at a time and breaks are useful. Adjust language without giving assessment answers. An actual chosen safe small child movement can be Dance; score-only/object/director routes do not establish child physical Dance skill.
Day 31
- Two big choices: Offer one A mark, then one B, and ask the child what each means; read their key back without inventing actions.
- Child director: Child selects two comfortable ideas using AAC/pointing; adult writes exactly the meanings and performs only if asked/locally approved.
- Small real move: After local access/safety checks, child chooses two small seated/stationary actions, tries each once and rests. Record those actual actions separately from the key.
Day 32
- Reachable order: Present two broad moment spaces and finish just beyond them; child indicates first/then/over one at a time.
- No-touch reader: Adult reads AB and BA exactly; child selects or rejects one through available mode. Read back selected order.
- Quiet enactment: Child chooses an approved short AB/BA phrase with an agreed quiet finish cue, or keeps a plan. No second automatic performance.
Day 33
- Whole-bit strip: Secure one broad two-space AB strip; move/place a second identical strip only at child direction. Identify unit rather than memorising four positions.
- Word route: Read FIRST IDEA / SECOND IDEA twice. Ask the child to indicate where the whole pair returns; preserve meaning/key.
- One short try: Optional child-owned safe ABAB trial at own pace; rest whenever requested. Record actual order separately; paper reasoning remains available if repetition is uncomfortable.
Day 34
- Rest mark: Separate two parallel PAUSE marks from the single FINISH line with labels/exact spoken descriptions; rest duration is agreed locally.
- Quiet director: Child points/signs a pause position; adult reads the full phrase with that rest and reports actual enactment route, without a startling cue.
- Comfort-led phrase: Child chooses a comfortable actual short movement/rest phrase or removes the rest in their own work. No rigid-stillness scoring.
Day 35
- Unseen broad source: Reveal the teacher-held check through enlarged marks; read exact source words without choosing the returning unit.
- Verbatim access: AAC/sign/adult placement preserves the child's independent choice; log any prompt/content help and capture first response before teaching.
- Break-and-return: Pause the fresh check and return to the same source later if needed; no speed/body performance requirement or planner answers.
Day 36
- Aligned openings: Keep both AB openings visible, reveal only the two final movement choices; ask which part differs.
- Spoken endings: Adult reads return/new endings exactly one at a time; child chooses or defines a third ending and key, then reads it back.
- Local small phrase: Optional chosen safe child movement or adult-directed performance of their ending; performer/plan statuses stay distinct.
Day 37
- Actual source in chunks: Present Little Hello's creator/type, then score, then documented purpose in short accessible pieces; keep actual child response separate.
- Own-purpose boxes: Adult scribes child ideas in AUTHOR MODEL / MY IDEA boxes. Child may reject the model purpose; don't supply agreement.
- Private adaptation: Child makes a score or locally approved short phrase for their own purpose without sharing. The source encounter is not proof of a human Dance performance.
Day 38
- Private score share: Child asks one real willing adult to attend a readable score share; record actual work/audience/response or NONE.
- Child-led director share: Child may direct an adult performer with a quiet agreed cue, following local checks. Record child composer/adult performer separately.
- Private keep or small dance: Child chooses KEEP or an actual locally approved small seated/stationary performance to a willing audience. Either choice is respected; no refusal penalty.
Day 39
- One editable space: Align before/after and keep the other spaces stable while the child decides KEEP or one change.
- Reason through AAC: Offer own observation / actual attributed response / NONE as source labels; the child gives their own reason in available mode, not a forced sentence frame.
- Optional tiny retry: Child tries one approved short revised phrase or keeps the revised plan. Preserve both dated versions and actual route.
Day 40
- Exact unseen words: Reveal only the held fresh source; read source/choices/prompt in chunks without supplying an ending or audience feeling.
- Independent choice access: Adult places/writes the child's exact selected order/reason through AAC/sign/pointing. Preserve first capture and record support.
- No-performance check: Complete score/source questions without moving or sharing. Actual performer/audience status remains NOT PERFORMED / NONE unless it genuinely changes later.
