Visual QA: all eight SVG/PDF pairs rendered as single-page A4 with selectable text, strong outlines, source labels and unfilled result regions. A full-page contact sheet, both fresh check pages and a browser rendering of the vector sheets were inspected for clipped text and source-order errors. The PDF itself is untagged; its full text alternative is separate. The verifier checks exact source geometry/words, local links and hashes.
Open operational work: teacher-led material safety inspection, adult-prepared paper at an appropriate size, school-selected context, actual observation of any child handling/test, real local familiar-source observation, child/assistive-technology trial, and broader year progression. Preserve unsuccessful/NOT TRIED results as evidence instead of inventing success.
