The official ACARA v9 curriculum workbook is SHA-pinned to the project's import in source-snapshot.json. The QCAA Design and Technologies v9 page lists a Prep Design achievement-standard/content-description alignment PDF. This is a school-selected broad-pad context, not a QCAA-prescribed resource.
| Exact code | Workbook row | Area · subject · level | Verbatim official content description | This fortnight's partial/conditional sample |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AC9TDEFK01 | 19725 | Technologies · Design and Technologies · Foundation Year | explore how familiar products, services and environments are designed by people | Days 71–72 and 79 ask who might design a fictional pad, for which user and purpose. A truly familiar product/service/environment requires an approved actual local source with provenance and a child-seen feature; fictional pads alone cannot establish it. |
| AC9TDEFP01 | 19733 | Technologies · Design and Technologies · Foundation Year | generate, communicate and evaluate design ideas, and use materials, equipment and steps to safely make a solution for a purpose | Days 72–80 elicit two material/pad ideas, a user-linked choice, safe steps, optional child-controlled pad action, actual listener feedback or adult-controlled dry vessel position, a revision and transfer. Actual observed material action is needed for making/testing claims. Adult-only handling stays adult evidence. |
The Day 75/80 public checks are formative, not secure exams. A dry vessel's base fully inside a pad is not a capacity, spill or stability finding; a cue drawing is not a heard musical event. A material preference is not proof of a general material property. This fortnight does not establish complete Foundation Technologies achievement, a report grade, a classroom effect or QCAA endorsement.
