Each row has two worked responses; use them as optional practice, not extra compulsory blocks or held-check sources. Use large paper tokens, never small unsafe objects. No real shop, event, health record, classroom trial, device result or personal value is represented.

When a practice source and check both happen to contain four entries, insist on reading the new source pictures and agreed symbols, not transferring an earlier answer. The Day 15/20 fresh data are intentionally absent from all before-check swaps.
