These are public formative checks, not secure exams. Your teacher reads each invented source. You may use broad physical tokens, draw or point to original pictures, choose agreed letters, sign, speak, use AAC, or direct an adult to move large cards. The adult records your exact first response and help before feedback. No child name, face photo, voice, address, account, real place or upload is needed. An on-screen or printed picture does not replace the physical tokens for the object form, and a paper answer does not show that you used a digital system.

Use the large A4 source with four genuine drawn shapes or its full text/tactile version. This is a fictional paper depot, not a real inventory. Source positions 1–4 are ARCH, TILE, ARCH, RING. The pictures show an arch outline, a four-square tile, an arch outline and a ring. Agreed symbols are A T A R. A puppet copied A T R R. Two blank category options say MY NAME · EMPTY and PLAIN PROP ICON · NEUTRAL.
- Show the four source entries in order with four large physical tokens, then matching pictures and A T A R symbols. Which category appears twice? Point to its source positions.
- Compare the puppet's A T R R with the source. Which position differs? Replace only that symbol and explain which source picture tells you.
- Which empty category could be personal data owned by you if filled? Leave it blank. Tell why the plain fictional prop icon is different, without saying your actual name.
The four source drawings are the source; no actual depot or child data was observed.

- Compare the puppet's W D S S with the source. Point to the first different position and correct just that symbol. Say how the source picture backs your change.
- Which empty category could be personal data owned by you if filled? Do not take, show or describe a real photo. Explain why the neutral prop icon is different.
The paper check does not assess actual use of a running digital system; your teacher records that separately if it happens.
