The complete actual-source/place pathway is integrated into eight ordinary scripts. K03 is a conditional actual-place opportunity: an approved actual familiar place/belonging connection, features, particular-person meaning and locally sourced care explanation can be recorded by element. Missing fields stay open. The paper desk supplies no actual evidence. Plans, source checks, permissions, child-model work, real actions and benefit claims remain distinct. Real records stay local under school consent/retention/site/access/safeguarding policy; no child/location/speaker data belongs in this repository. Inquiry models aren't travel/emergency maps.
An adult bringing a child to a place doesn't prove belonging. Accept child-chosen private connection, another approved familiar place, established communication, pass and full paper route without penalty. Use a willing adult or exact approved account about the actual feature/place. Record actual time/view/speaker/source ID, wording, correction, permission scope and withdrawal. Do not record private borrowing histories, personal labels, addresses or cultural identity. Quotation permission doesn't imply public display, audio/photo or commercial consent. Source instruction doesn't prove anyone acted. Do not install/move/repair real property without actual approved scope. Correct care explanation can stand without compulsory physical action.
K01: requires child-chosen authentic family/birth/raising/relationship evidence and inclusive/private local arrangements. This workflow doesn't collect it; hold unless separately evidenced. K02: requires authentic significant events shared with families/others and permissioned evidence; this practice desk isn't such evidence. Declining personal sharing has no penalty.
K04: requires the actual school Country/Place and locally recognised First Nations cultural authority under school protocol. Obtain owners' permission for every local name, language, statement, story, art, map, audio, adaptation and commercial/public use. Record owner/authority, exact approved content, audience/scope, attribution, review/correction/withdrawal and permitted adaptation. If authority/review is unavailable, hold the relevant knowledge claim. Never invent local First Nations knowledge, ask a child to represent a community, treat a generic shelf diagram as Country/Place teaching or machine-translate a First Nations language.
ICIP: no First Nations cultural material is supplied. General open licences don't replace Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) protocols. Seek free, prior and informed consent from recognised First Peoples owners, respect cultural integrity, attribute owners, and negotiate benefit sharing/fair payment where appropriate. If a conversation unexpectedly introduces community-held knowledge, pause collection/reuse and follow authority protocol; incidental disclosure isn't a licence.
The read-only verifier can check structural/source/hash boundaries. It can't approve a place/task, establish consent/belonging, determine an individual access route, authorise cultural knowledge or prove an actual K03 outcome.
