Save the first child-directed six-card score, chosen key and route before feedback. Record “planned pair,” “actual cue played,” “child said,” “real work encountered,” and “willing recipient received” only when each event is true. A change of access route is not a change in success criterion; a silent choice is not a diagnosis.
