The invented diagrams in this pack are original prompts, not an authorised encounter with a named real maker. To teach or record AC9AVAFE01, a school educator chooses an actual work and documents the maker's preferred name/credit, work title or clear description, source/date, classroom display permission, age/access suitability, and what the maker or authorised source says about its purpose or importance for particular people/community. Invite the child to respond to that documented role in their own words or accessible mode; do not have them guess a whole community's view from appearance. Record what the child actually notices separately from what the source states. If no approved work or source-stated context exists, hold this full code claim and arrange a later encounter; a teacher's geometric proxy cannot fill it.

Cultural authority: For First Nations artwork, online visibility or museum display does not authorise copying a motif, retelling restricted meaning or assigning a community identity. Follow school procedures, the maker/community's directions and Creative Australia's First Nations cultural and intellectual-property protocols. Seek relevant local knowledge-holder authority for Country/Place content. Do not ask a child to speak for a culture, reveal family heritage or imitate an unapproved work. If authority/rights are unclear, choose a different cleared work and leave cultural meaning unknown.

An optional real living source belongs to the separate Science safety/source process: actual location/view/date, permission, local photo licence if used, and exactly which feature the child saw or had neutrally described. A child may use a real observed shape as a starting point for art, but the art piece cannot establish species identity, grouping, growth or a material property. The practice fork form requires no such source.

For actual audience evidence, ask the child whether and with whom they want to share. Record the willing audience, format, exact child decision/words and actual audience action; protect child work under school privacy rules. An adult scribe must preserve the child's words. A private one-to-one share counts when it really happens; a paper puppet, imagined viewer, plan or pass is a valid art route but not actual sharing evidence.

Copy-ready private source note: Maker/work/source/permission/date/access; child-seen feature; source-stated purpose or importance to named people/community; child's response; unknown meaning; child art choice; physical material handler; actual audience and response if any; prompt/next teaching move. This note is for a school-controlled record, never a prefilled public answer.
