Teacher's 25-minute pass
- Day 51: adult supplies the same ten broad square marks, says the source count, and reads wide/tall layouts. The 3+4+5+7+4+2 minute script gives seven minutes for two child-directed arrangements or exact descriptions. Record placement and whole-picture reasoning; do not mark independent counting from an adult-supplied set. The integrated maths block can then observe ten under its own conditions.
- Day 55: Check S's orchard discs have not appeared in models. Teacher reads the fiction label and both blank idea spaces, offers broad fixed marks if wanted and gives no composition hint. The first two options and reason are captured before key/feedback. If an adult does physical placement at the child's direction, record both roles; if only described, plan only.
- Day 58: ask two real willing makers separately before a shared page. If either says “no” or prefers private work, choose a solo or fictional route. The same Visual Arts goal—placement, scale and whole image—remains. The fictional rehearsal is never logged as a real peer's permission or a collaborative outcome.
- Day 59: if no rights-cleared artwork with documented purpose is available, run the fictional question and mark real-work response not observed. If no actual willing viewer sees original child work, mark audience share not observed. This prevents generic arts coverage claims.
- Day 60: read Check T's exact attributed V and circles, preserving the two maker labels. Child offers two placements and an art reason without adult suggestion. A proposed permission sentence is recorded as hypothetical, not HPE behaviour.
Learner's access pass
- Visual/dry-mark: the printable layouts use large high-contrast geometry and named positions; the child can choose a different whole image. No colour or drawing neatness is scored.
- Monochrome/no-colour: every arrangement, size difference, page direction and maker label remains legible. A black-and-white print retains the full task. This author inspection does not establish accessibility for a particular colour-vision user.
- No print/no touch: exact linear readings let the child dictate, sign or AAC two placement plans and a reason. Adult scribe reads back and logs plan only if nothing was made. No posture, grip, body movement or ten-counting fluency is required for the art decision.
- Private/consent: declining co-making, touch or audience sharing never removes the art task. Real permissions are local school events, not inferred from fictional puppets.
Potential funder's evidence pass
The pack offers ten 25-minute scripts, 30 equivalent access routes and optional home bridges, 20 worked context examples, two fresh learner checks and a separate key, eight original A4 SVG/PDF aid pairs, source/rights gates, a deterministic generator, an optional offline composition aid and a read-only verifier. Those are authored reusable resources with an auditable source trail. They are not evidence of child achievement, adoption, educator approval, accessibility for all, cost savings, meaningful local cultural partnership, tested cooperation or audience success. Such claims require actual, consented use and suitable measures.
Visible page check: rendered and inspected all eight A4 PDFs together. The two held source illustrations leave both answer areas blank; the ten-mark layouts show two rows of five versus five rows of two; the scale page shows nine small discs and one large versus ten equal discs. Text is inside page margins in the inspected render. This is print layout inspection, not a child-readable or tagged-PDF accessibility study.
Browser desk check: opened the optional page directly from disk in local Chrome at 1280 px and 390 px. Verified ten rendered marks, keyboard save A, changed layout/size and clicked save B, distinct text results, one large mark, clear action, zero horizontal overflow, zero page errors and no automatic HTTP requests. Automated axe scan reported zero violations on both views. Desktop and mobile screenshots show the revised state. These checks do not replace an actual learner or assistive-user trial.
Human gates
- Queensland Prep educator checks sequencing, word load, timing and school assessment use beside integrated Maths/HPE and existing Visual Arts work.
- Child-specific accessibility and sensory review checks exact read-aloud, assistive format, physical/tactile safety and optional digital controls. The PDF is not tagged.
