This is a desk simulation and local artifact check, not a classroom trial, learner outcome, accessibility certification, funder endorsement or school approval. Roles were used to find concrete defects before release. Dates, source versions and checks are pinned in the crosswalk, ledger, verifier and SHA receipt.

The base mat, text route and key put the same dollar gap over COST and SALE separately. The check uses fresh values; the public key supplies a next question.
Learner choosing a mode mid-task	Can a learner switch from a visual bar to spoken/tactile work and still reach the same target?	The learner instructions require maker/audience and choice, model with unit/base, then bounded revision and unknown on every A/B/C route. The five full text routes preserve the labels; support is recorded separately. Equivalent outcomes have not been measured.
Learner without a device or printer	Does Day 24 require JavaScript or a colour printout?	The complete paper method and labelled tactile route give both worked cases and the reverse-base rule. The five SVG/PDF aids are optional layouts, not gatekeepers.
Supporter at home	Is an optional exercise safe to do without a real bill, job, company or subscription?	All ten transfers use invented numbers and paper; the pack asks for no household data or real quote. The supporter can ask “which base?” and move pieces at the learner's direction.
Teacher considering Check B	Could it be used as a secure exam or QCAA mark?	Both check sheet and key say publicly accessible and not secure exams. The case is fresh only relative to this practice and requires a locally new parallel if prior access matters. The three evidence strands are planning observations, not a QCAA standard.
School accessibility reviewer	Does visual contrast, PDF text, SVG labelling or the offline tool prove universal access?	Five PDFs were checked as A4 searchable text with embedded DejaVu font and visually inspected. SVG title/description and full text/tactile routes exist. The interactive has labels, focus indication, status output and paper equivalent; local learner testing is still required.
Potential funder	Can 350 minutes, two public checks or a successful local verifier be presented as full Unit 1 completion or proven impact?	No. The crosswalk states exact partial opportunities, the 14/55-hour comparison, omitted spreadsheet and wider subject matter, school decisions and no outcome claim. The verifier checks artifacts, not teaching effectiveness.

Local review receipts

Curriculum/source: Official QCAA English 2025 v1.3 and General Mathematics 2025 v1.3 subject pages/PDFs, QCE handbook and ASIC MoneySmart were checked on 29 September 2026. Printed syllabus pages are specified in the crosswalk; QCAA PDF bytes are linked, not redistributed or falsely hashed. Future source freshness requires another check.
Arithmetic: Daily and fresh-check values are independently recomputed with exact decimal arithmetic by verify_pack.py; source givens and published key results are cross-checked. Fictional modelling assumptions stay next to each number.
Print: The five A4 PDFs were rendered and visually inspected for clipping, labels and readable order. pdfinfo, pdftotext, pdffonts and deterministic regeneration are verified locally; generated font licensing is separate.
Offline tool: Browser checks cover both complete worked cases, invalid bounds, mobile viewport, local-only requests and the plain-paper equivalent. It is a learning model, not a live price service or spreadsheet claim.
Navigation/rights: The verifier checks local Markdown fragments, file links, HTML links, original-resource rights notices and every authored-file SHA. A clean pass is required after any edit.
