Official ACARA Australian Curriculum v9 workbook, accessed 29 September 2026, original XLSX SHA-256 db446882d2c00cf7c085a03e250e2442fda6c44011fc114680c46c1dc7a822c3 |
Pinned local import was inspected for AC9M3SP02 row 17504, AC9M3N01 row 17412 and AC9M3N03 row 17423, each Year 3 Mathematics. Crosswalk copies only the normalized content-description wording; the verifier checks exact match. |

ACARA does not endorse, sponsor or approve SubjectNest. |
| Official ACARA Year 3 work sample: Clean our school | Independent official-site cross-check that AC9M3SP02 concerns interpreting and creating two-dimensional representations with relative landmarks. |
Work sample content/art not copied. Official source terms remain separate. |
| Official ACARA Year 3 work sample: Tuck shop lunch | Independent official-site cross-check of Year 3 AC9M3N03 place-value addition/subtraction wording. |
No work-sample content reused. |
| Existing Year 3 Days 1–10 mathematics and forty-week planning map | Continuity: first fortnight introduces five-digit places and three-digit operations; Weeks 3–4 are mapped to relative landmarks and renaming. | Existing pack is not a substitute for local syllabus review, and map Weeks 5–40 remain unauthored briefs. |
Currency and scope: The workbook snapshot is dated, and local state/territory implementation can differ. Check the current adopted syllabus, ACARA version history, school timetable and child evidence before claiming this unit meets a local requirement. AC9M3N01 is sampled through selected five-digit numbers; AC9M3N03 through selected three-digit operations. AC9M3SP02 is sampled through two fictional gridded views. None of these is complete content-description or achievement-standard coverage.
Reuse, provenance and safety
- Original SubjectNest content: lesson scripts, Map A and Map B layouts, place labels, stock stories, questions, check prompts, keys, rubric, generated SVG vectors and full alternatives were newly authored for this pack. © NeuroForgeIO Pty Ltd 2026, CC BY 4.0. Credit the author/source, link licence and note changes when adapting.
- Code: the generator and verifier are original code released under Apache-2.0. No third-party worksheet or diagram template is bundled.
- Font: rendered PDFs may embed DejaVu Sans subsets; preserve the font notice and copyright/licence text alongside the PDF.
- Curriculum: ACARA words/codes in the crosswalk are not part of SubjectNest's original-asset claim; attribution and separate terms above travel with any reuse.
- Real places and culture: Maps are fictional. They do not disclose real school routes or assert exact distance, access or safety. No First Nations name, language, knowledge or community account is fabricated. Any local substitution requires school/community source, rights and accessibility review.
Editorial QA and remaining risks
| Test | Result and practical limit |
|---|---|
| Timing and options | Ten six-phase scripts total 25 minutes each. Thirty choice routes are available, three/day; each child does one during the lesson. Day 15/20 checks replace choice time with a ten-minute sample. |
| Content accuracy | Place-value totals, three-digit operations, comparisons and coordinate relations were recomputed in the verifier; teacher key and student prompts were desk-traced. Different valid relational descriptions/strategies are allowed when checkable. |
| Held-out separation | Day 15 uses a new makers' fair map and Day 20 uses numbers absent from practice. Student cards/checks link to no staff key. The held-out SVG is labelled Day 15 only. |
| Accessibility | Map cells are labelled in text, not colour alone. The complete text alternative names all landmarks and worksheet prompts. Large/tactile grid, partner handling, adult reading, scribing and AAC retain the learner's mathematical choice. Actual assistive-technology and learner testing remains to be done. |
| Page render | Three vector PDFs rendered to one-page A4 and were visually inspected for clipping, contrast, label legibility and blank drawing space. Print at actual size before a class run. |
| Cultural/local scope | No real school plan or local claim. Translation and culturally specific adaptations require qualified/local review; this pack has no verified multilingual versions. |
