The codes in the authored Week 1–4 packs were extracted from content_description records whose attributes.level is exactly Year 5 or Years 5 and 6 in the local normalized ACARA Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 workbook, retrieved 29 September 2026. The downloaded workbook SHA-256 is db446882d2c00cf7c085a03e250e2442fda6c44011fc114680c46c1dc7a822c3. The source record's text hash for each referenced code is in manifest.json. The table below describes the opening fortnight only; the Weeks 3–4 English, mathematics, integrated and five-area supplementary crosswalks give narrower teaching links for their own days. HPE, Technologies and Arts use the official Years 5 and 6 band. Recheck the live version history and your local syllabus before use. ACARA's copyright terms govern its curriculum content. The ACARA help notes that time allocations are set by education authorities or schools and elaborations are examples. Thus our short sessions never establish full mandated teaching time or achievement standard attainment.
Holds before a school calls it classroom reviewed
- Local syllabus and safety: teacher/curriculum leader checks year, term, timetable, state/territory overlays, current implementation and local assessment policy. School decides whether torch/cardboard work needs additional controls or an accessible alternative.
- Classroom trial: a Year 5 educator runs the directions, times setup and transitions, and checks whether instructions elicit the intended independent evidence. Revise from actual learner work, including students using AAC, screen readers, large print or different home languages.
- Access and privacy: individual adjustments and permissions are settled with learners/families/support staff; never publish identifiable student responses. Rich read-aloud text and independent reading evidence stay separate.
- First Nations authority: no local place, language or cultural teaching has been fabricated. Future historical or Country/Place work needs relevant community authority, accurate attribution and school approval before release.
- Language: no translations are supplied. Any translation needs a qualified speaker/editor and classroom check for meaning and register before publication.
- Rights: lesson words, fictional figures, original non-speech audio and print designs are original. No third-party worksheet, logo, recording or photo is embedded. The opening three PDFs and Weeks 3–4 PDFs contain font subsets under the separate opening font notice and each pack's rights ledger.
