All aids are original black-on-white one-page A4 SVGs with selectable-text PDFs. SVG titles/descriptions accompany this full transcription. Nothing on these blank aids reveals a fresh-check answer. Enlarge, read neutrally or replace a visual path with the described card/raised-line path. Record the access route.
Operation and check mat · PDF · SVG
Heading: “Year 7 maths · operation and check mat”. Instruction: “Name the WHOLE and UNIT before choosing an operation.” From top to bottom: a blank Situation / question line; a box labelled 1 Estimate a useful range with blank “My estimate and why it is sensible”; a box labelled 2 Model or choose an operation with “Same whole? Matching units? Show a diagram or equation”; a box labelled 3 Exact result with unit; and a box labelled 4 Check by inverse or benchmark. All writing lines are empty. No particular operation is selected by the sheet.
Tactile/text route: Four ordered cards with those exact labels and blanks, preceded by a situation/whole/unit card. The learner may move between estimate, model, result and check while recording an exact reason. A teacher can ask the labels aloud without supplying the operation.
Prime-factor tree · PDF · SVG
Heading: “Year 7 maths · blank prime-factor tree”. Instruction: “Split a natural number until EVERY final leaf is PRIME.” One Start N blank box branches to two blank boxes, then four, then eight separated blank boxes. Use only necessary branches; leave unused branches empty. Below are three blank lines: Prime leaves in order, Product with exponents, and Multiply back to check N. Final note: “If a leaf is composite, split it again on another line.” No start number or factor is shown.
Tactile/text route: Start with a blank N card. Put two blank factor cards beneath it and ask for a product equal to the parent. Split each composite card again as needed. Keep only prime cards as final leaves, then order matching prime cards to write powers and multiply back. A learner may state a complete prime division chain instead of physically branching.
Square and positive root link · PDF · SVG
Heading: “Year 7 maths · square and positive root link”. Instruction: “A square has equal side counts. Test a root by squaring it.” There are blank Side length and Area lines. The central grid has 12 rows by 12 columns of equal blank cells; none are shaded. Below: blank Side × side = square total, Positive square root of total, Prime factors of the side, Prime factors of the area, and Check: root × root = area lines. A final note says “The grid has 12 by 12 blank cells; use any smaller square too.” This sheet does not display the Day20 square.
Tactile/text route: Use 12 same-length rows with 12 equal positions, embossed or made from large cards. Select any smaller square by using the same count of rows and columns, then state side, area and proposed positive root. Check by multiplication. For larger numbers beyond the physical grid, use the exact multiplication/factor-card route; no learner must count 144 tiny cells.
