The first printable sheet holds activities 01–05. The second sheet holds activities 06–10. Each A4 sheet has five wide cards in a vertical column, with dashed cut lines. The drawings use dark outlines on white paper, with no colour key and no sound. The number, title and one-sentence invitation sit to the right of each picture. The printed instruction says, “Look at a picture. Point, say, sign or show. You can change your mind.”

An adult can read or paraphrase the invitation and offer the matching real objects. A child can choose by looking, touching a real object, pointing, signing, speaking, using AAC or directing another person. The drawings are reminders of a play possibility, not a test of picture recognition. A child may combine ideas or invent another activity.

Sheet 1 · activities 01–05

My place book. An open two-page book. One page has a simple tree-like place marker; the other has a person and a hill. The prompt reads, “Make a book about a place you choose.” Matching real cue: folded scrap paper.
The choice museum. A display shelf with a round object, a triangle and two small stands. The prompt reads, “Choose things to put on show.” Real cue: a cloth with a few safe objects to arrange.
Welcome bridge. An arched bridge rests on two supports, with one small figure on each side. The prompt reads, “Build a crossing for two toys.” Real cue: cardboard between two boxes, checked by an adult.
Make a helpful town. Three simple buildings stand beside a path and a round sign or tree. The prompt reads, “Build a place with a useful path.” Real cue: reused boxes and a strip of paper.
Move and rest trail. A curved route and arrow pass two footprint-like marks and end near a cushion shape. The prompt reads, “Make a route with a resting place.” Real cue: a scarf or paper path and a cushion.

Sheet 2 · activities 06–10

Comfort kit inventor. An open box holds two simple rectangular items. The prompt reads, “Choose things for a pause kit.” Real cue: a small box and a few safe options, with “none” also allowed.
Shadow lab. A small hand-held torch points toward a toy-like figure; a dashed outline on the ground shows a shadow. The prompt reads, “Move a toy and watch its shadow.” Real cue: a large toy and ordinary daylight, or an adult-held torch kept away from eyes.
Sort it your way. Mixed circles and triangles lead by an arrow to two open containers holding different shapes. The prompt reads, “Put things together your own way.” The drawing suggests one possible sort; the child's categories may differ. Real cue: a few large household objects and two spaces on a table.
Three-thing story. Three different objects sit below a speech bubble. The prompt reads, “Use three things to make a story.” Real cue: three objects chosen by the child; the story may be moved, signed or shown without speech.
Kitchen beat chat. Two containers with spoons face each other; three dots suggest beats and an arrow suggests a reply. The prompt reads, “Take turns making a gentle beat.” Real cue: two safe containers, or visible/tactile hand movements without sound.
