SVGs have titles/descriptions and PDFs have selectable text, but the PDFs are untagged. Use these complete linear versions or a locally accessible format instead of assuming a PDF screen reader will work. All colour panels also have distinct words and dark boundaries; colour does not encode a result. The A4 pages are diagrams, not actual-size cue cards, test equipment or real child samples. A tactile route may use adult-prepared broad raised words/shapes only with local approval and the child's agreement; spoken description, AAC, sign and pointing routes are complete without touch. No gate/result or reader success is preselected.

fictional-trial-record.svg / fictional-trial-record.pdf

Title: “Fictional four-try record.” Four large horizontal rows, in order: PAPER P TRY 1 — STOP MARK 2; PAPER Q TRY 1 — INTERRUPTED · NO STOP MARK; PAPER P TRY 2 — STOP MARK 3; PAPER Q TRY 2 — STOP MARK 2. Bottom: “Marks are ORDERED LABELS, not centimetres.” “Invented record · not a real motion result or general rule.” Q Try 1 has no numeric stop label anywhere.

Linear prompt: “Which three rows have a labelled stop? Which one was interrupted? What can you say only about this invented record?” Tactile/no-print option: adult reads four full-sized row labels in order or, if approved, provides four large raised word/number cards. Do not invent a mark for the interrupted row or call this a class result.

service-ideas.svg / service-ideas.pdf

Title: “Two evidence-guide service ideas.” Left outlined panel ALL AT ONCE shows QUESTION, SOURCE + STATUS and LIMITED MESSAGE together on one large area; note “All prompts visible together.” Right panel ASK · CHECK · TELL shows three stacked large prompts: ASK, CHECK SOURCE, TELL; note “Pause at each prompt.” Bottom: “Which might help this particular listener?” “No actual listener response is supplied.” Both routes are untested.

Linear prompt: “What might each route help a named listener do? Which source/status pause would you want? What real feedback is still missing?” Tactile/no-print option: adult speaks the three prompts together, then separately with pauses; the child may direct the sequence without paper. These are hypotheses about accessibility, not fixed learning-style assignments.

cue-card-maker.svg / cue-card-maker.pdf

Title: “Blank ASK CHECK TELL cue maker.” Three large blank response areas with headings: ASK — “What is the listener trying to find out?” CHECK SOURCE / STATUS — “Which record? Complete, interrupted or unknown?” TELL ONLY WHAT IT SHOWS — “What does this one source actually support?” Each panel has a writing line but no child answer. Bottom: “Actual broad paper is adult-approved; no result is prefilled.”

Linear prompt: ask the three questions in order and transcribe the child's exact wording. Tactile/no-print option: adult reads/raises one broad heading at a time or records an AAC/spoken design. A printed heading does not show that physical cues were made or used.

safe-service-steps.svg / safe-service-steps.pdf

Title: “Safe evidence-guide steps.” Intro: “No moving-object release, load or pressure test here.” Four large numbered boxes: 1 ADULT CHECKS — “Clean broad paper, source, privacy, access and user.” 2 CHILD PLANS CUES — “Two ideas, chosen listener, clear source/status words.” 3 MAKE OR DIRECT — “Only approved marking/placing; record real handler.” 4 ASK USER / RECORD — “Exact willing response, prompt or NOT TRIED.” Bottom: “No approved action? Plan and write NOT TRIED.”

Linear prompt: child orders the steps and names an adult-controlled stop condition. Tactile/no-print option: read the four steps as whole verbal cards; child points, signs or directs order. The page does not approve use of a ramp, private sample or school user.

reader-record.svg / reader-record.pdf

Title: “Evidence-guide design record.” Four blank panels: USER / QUESTION / SOURCE — “Who asks what, about which labelled source?” TWO SERVICES / CHOICE — “What differs? Why choose one for this user?” CUE MAKER / ACTUAL USER — “Who marked/held? What did the reader really do?” CHANGE / UNKNOWN / NEXT — “What changed, or what still needs a reader?” Intro: “Do not turn a predicted response into a real result.” No field is filled.

Linear prompt: record child idea, actual physical maker/holder, exact willing reader words/action and next change under separate headings. Tactile/no-print option: ask each heading orally and scribe exactly. If no reader tried, mark NOT TRIED rather than a guessed success.

authentic-sample-slot.svg / authentic-sample-slot.pdf

Title: “Authentic sample source gate.” Four blank panels: SOURCE / DATE / CONSENT — “Which real sample, when, and permission to use it?” CHILD-SELECTED EVIDENCE — “What part did the child choose to explain?” REDACTION / ACCESS — “Private detail removed? Which access route?” AUDIENCE / LIMIT — “What did the listener really say? Still unknown?” Top: “Leave blank without an authorised real sample and user.”

Linear prompt: fill only under school sample/privacy rules with child choice and real source. Tactile/no-print option: adult reads headings, accurately describes an approved actual sample and records whether child saw, touched or heard it described. Fictional practice never fills this source gate.

check-a-label-reader.svg / check-a-label-reader.pdf

Title: “Check A: Label Reader Guide.” Fresh fictional source panel: TRY 1 · CIRCLE LABEL · COMPLETE and “Pretend reader selected CIRCLE CARD”; TRY 2 · SQUARE LABEL · INTERRUPTED and “Reader left. NO CARD SELECTED.” It says “Invented facts, not a real reading test.” Below are two empty broad response rectangles labelled IDEA ONE and IDEA TWO. Bottom: “No service or actual classroom reader result is supplied.”

Linear prompt: read facts once, allow two independent guide ideas and a source-limited answer, then collect first work before coaching. Tactile/no-print option: adult describes the four key labels and two empty spaces without adding a design. The SQUARE label is not a selected card.

check-b-pattern-samples.svg / check-b-pattern-samples.pdf

Title: “Check B: Pattern Sample Guide.” Fresh fictional portfolio panel: SAMPLE A · DAY 1 · TWO CIRCLES; SAMPLE B · DATE UNKNOWN and TWO CIRCLES AND ONE TRIANGLE. It says “No real child, matching date or improvement result.” Below are two empty broad response rectangles labelled IDEA ONE and IDEA TWO. Bottom: “No cue, real portfolio or reader result is supplied.”

Linear prompt: child designs two ASK/CHECK/TELL routes for a named listener, chooses one, states what shapes are printed and which date/source claim is unavailable. Tactile/no-print option: adult gives an accurate verbal description or approved large raised shapes, then names the two blank response slots. Do not infer improvement or use a real child's work without school consent.
