Status: artifact and reasoning review on 29 September 2026. No child, classroom, teacher-user or funding-panel trial occurred. This is not an effectiveness, accessibility certification or full-curriculum evaluation.

Role/scene rehearsed at a desk Action attempted Observed in authored pack Limit/next action
Prep teacher, Day 1, no device Read the invented BOOK, BOOK, CUP sheet, put three broad physical stand-ins on the three-way mat, then follow the 3/4/5/7/4/2-minute script and record source-linked answers. Source order, two/one count, picture outlines and B B C key agree across teacher guide, learner card and print. The check/respond step distinguishes child decision from adult cue. An educator must select safe large physical tokens and verify local time/access in class.
Teacher, Day 3 device gate closed Trace the paper route and evidence mat without opening the page. The representation task still runs on paper; the K01 actual-system field says NOT OBSERVED. Printed keyboard/screen drawings are labelled as drawings. No digital-system exploration may be inferred from this route.
Teacher, Day 7 device gate open On a local headless browser, use Tab to focus a view button, Enter to activate Pictures, Tab then Space to activate Symbols; inspect visible source order, state and pressed buttons. Native buttons changed the view; the source remained BOOK, BOOK, CUP; aria-pressed marked only the selected button; status text updated. No account/input field/storage/network code is present. This is a technical desk test, not proof that a child can use it or that a school approves the device. Supervise and check actual accessibility locally.
Child role, Check A Hide key, read a fresh three-entry paper prop source; make physical token/picture/symbol rows, choose a blank own-data category, then compare with the separate key. HAT, HAT, BAG gives two HAT, one BAG, H H B; first and last symbols trace to source. A blank MY NAME category can be identified with no name supplied. Public check can be seen in advance and is not secure; collect first child-controlled work before feedback.
Child role, Check B Compare puppet F F R against a different fresh source and locate first mismatch. FLAG, ROUND TOKEN, ROUND TOKEN gives F R R; the second position and puppet category count are wrong. Blank own-face-photo category is distinguishable from a neutral triangle without taking a photo. Another consistent child-explained symbol key should be accepted; no device-use outcome is assessed here.
Time-poor supporter Open the linked paper equivalent and a print alternative; try a three broad-token BOOK/BOOK/CUP representation without a device or purchase. The complete source, labels, order, local key and questions appear in text. No home return or personal-data collection is requested. Home participation is optional and gives no teacher observation by itself.
Potential funder Trace each lesson and check to the pinned three ACARA rows; inspect rights and hash receipt. Exact source rows, QCAA Prep links, partial/conditional claims and original-asset rights are recorded. This is one introductory fortnight, not complete year coverage, a deployment, a classroom result or an endorsed product.

Print review: all eight SVG/PDF pairs were generated as one-page A4 with selectable text, titles, descriptions and original source metadata. A rendered contact sheet and full-size fresh checks were visually inspected for readable labels, uncut source order, empty personal placeholders and visible wrong puppet copy. The exact linear/tactile version is separate because PDFs are untagged. Generator output is deterministic under the local font/rendering tools; the SHA manifest freezes this particular rendered output.

Remaining operational checks: educator review of local device access and school privacy rules; direct observation of any actual child-system interaction before claiming K01; trial with children and assistive technology; later curriculum depth beyond this fortnight. No live results are claimed.
