These are public formative checks, not secure exams. Your educator reads a new invented source. Keep your first child-controlled objects, pictures, symbols and category choice before feedback. Choose A/B/C and switch. You may move broad tokens, draw, point, sign, use AAC, speak or direct an adult's moves. No child name, face photo, voice, account, upload or device is needed. The adult may read or scribe your exact directions without supplying the categories or symbols. A paper answer does not show that you used a digital system.

Your teacher gives the Paper Costume Rack source: three invented prop entries and two empty category cards. None is a real class inventory.
- Same data three ways: use three broad physical object tokens to stand for the three source entries in order. Then draw/choose three matching pictures and make three agreed letter symbols. Which source category has two entries?
- Source check: point to or name the printed source entry that backs your first and last symbol. If an adult moved tokens, tell them where each belongs.
- Personal category: one blank card says MY NAME (not written). Another is a plain circle icon. Which category could be your personal data if filled? Leave the value empty and do not say your name.
All three routes complete all tasks:
- A · Broad tokens: move physical tokens, then pair picture and letter cards; point privately to the category card.
- B · Draw/mark: arrange the physical tokens first, draw pictures and letters in order, then mark the empty personal category.
- C · Child-directed adult: direct broad object/picture/letter placements and choose the category by AAC, sign or pointing.

Your teacher gives the Paper Parade Box source: three invented paper props and two empty category cards. No real parade, photograph or child's information is shown.
- Represent: use broad physical tokens for each source entry, then pictures and agreed letter symbols in the same order. Which prop category has two entries?
- Check a copy: a puppet proposes F F R. Compare it with the printed source. Is the puppet's count and order right? Show the first mismatch and repair the line.
- Personal category: one empty card says MY FACE PHOTO (not shown); the other is a plain triangle icon. Which could be your personal data if filled? No picture is taken or requested.
All three routes complete all tasks:
- A · Broad tokens: place three physical tokens, match pictures/symbols, and move a marker to the correct empty category.
- B · Draw/mark: arrange tokens first, draw the picture/symbol row, cross out and fix the puppet's first mismatch.
- C · Child-directed adult: direct token/picture/symbol placement and tell the adult which printed line shows the correction.
