Day 15 · Paper Shape Depot
- Three forms and repeat: physical objects are four large real safe tokens placed for ARCH, TILE, ARCH, RING in positions 1–4; pictures are the original arch/tile/arch/ring silhouettes; symbols are A T A R. ARCH appears twice, in positions 1 and 3. If a child draws a token but never handles/chooses a physical one, record picture work and leave object-form evidence open. If a category count is correct but order is wrong, re-anchor to numbered source pictures.
- Copy repair: puppet A T R R differs from source A T A R first at position 3. Source picture 3 is ARCH, so the agreed symbol is A, replacing the puppet's R. The corrected copy is A T A R. If a child changes position 4, return to the ring picture and R there; ask them to compare one pair at a time.
- Personal category: the empty MY NAME placeholder could be a kind of personal data owned by the child if filled. It contains no name. PLAIN PROP ICON is neutral invented data. This is partial category recognition, not a legal/privacy determination. Do not record the child's real name as a check answer.
Next move: If physical token/picture/symbol forms blur, place a broad physical token beside the printed arch picture and A letter. If the child identifies the mismatch but cannot justify it, ask which source image 3 shows. If strong, offer a new independent four-entry source after feedback. This paper check cannot evidence K01 actual digital-system use.
Day 20 · Paper Form Drawer

WEDGE appears twice at positions 1 and 3. Count four entries, not shapes within a picture. Note any adult-supplied category or letter separately.
- Copy repair: puppet W D S S differs from source W D W S first at position 3. Source picture 3 is WEDGE, symbol W, so change copy S→W there. Corrected copy is W D W S. Position 4 SLOT correctly remains S. Do not award source-linked reasoning if the answer was adult-cued without the child's own choice.
- Personal category: blank MY FACE PHOTO could be a category of data owned by the child if filled; no photo is present or requested. PLAIN PROP ICON is neutral invented data. Naming a category does not demonstrate legal knowledge, actual consent handling or broad digital safety.
Next move: If only counts are understood, use a new source with the same count but swapped order and compare positions. If the child understands the copy correction, ask them to create a different fictional mismatch. Keep privacy discussion gentle and handle any real disclosure under school policy. K01 device exploration stays a separate observed gate; a check PDF, screenshot, paper manipulative or adult click cannot establish it.

In a distinct field record actual approved device, child-controlled input, display response, running software purpose or NOT OBSERVED.
