- Place five broad physical stand-ins beside their source pictures. Under the question “Which SHAPE?”, put all five IDs into SQUARE or OVAL groups. Explain one placement from the source.
- Now keep the same source but ask “Which BORDER?”. Put all five IDs into DOTTED, PLAIN or CANNOT TELL groups. Do not guess a hidden border.
- Pick one source ID. Show its physical stand-in, matching drawn picture and agreed two-part symbol. If the border is not shown, keep
?in its symbol.

- With four broad physical stand-ins, pictures and agreed symbols, put K/L/M/N into HELD, SLIPPED, NOT TESTED groups. Explain why an untested sample is not placed as a failed test.
- Choose one ID and connect its physical stand-in, matching source picture/word and outcome symbol.
- Two cards say MY VOICE RECORDING · EMPTY and FICTIONAL HOLDER SYMBOL · NEUTRAL. Which kind could be your own personal data if filled? Leave it empty. Explain why the invented holder symbol is different. No recording is made.
