Exact read-aloud, large print, raised outlines, quiet space, processing time, sign/AAC and a child-directed adult work across options. Record the access source and exact support; a shape arrangement shows reasoning, not unobserved sensory/motor performance. Real-place sessions have the same three routes in the pathway: direct observation/map marking, exact account/sign/AAC and raised/adult-directed representation, each recorded honestly.
