The complete actual-place pathway contains runnable educator preflight and five replacement lessons. K03 is a conditional actual-place opportunity, not a blanket hold: an actual familiar place/connection, source-backed features, a particular person's meaning and locally sourced care explanation can each be observed and recorded. Missing elements stay open. Fiction supplies none of those actual records. Describe plans, approvals, performed actions, actual times/views and source statements separately. Real maps/images/quotes remain local under school consent/safeguarding/access/site policy; no learner/location data belongs in this repository. An inquiry sketch is not an approved travel or emergency map.
Select an educator-approved, safely observable familiar learning place and a willing source/account. Do not assume a child belongs to a place simply because an adult brought them there. Accept private connection evidence, pass, another approved familiar place, established communication and the fictional route without assessment penalty. Ask a willing adult only about the chosen feature/place. Obtain scope for private teaching/recording, honour correction/withdrawal, and leave missing reasons blank. Avoid names/photos/audio/public display unless separately authorised; a real quote's wording does not supply publication consent.
K01 requires child-chosen authentic family/birth/raising/relationship evidence with inclusive/private local arrangements; this route does not collect it. K02 needs authentic significant events shared with families and others and suitable permissioned evidence; this map workshop is not such an event. Both claims stay held here unless separately evidenced. A child may decline personal sharing without penalty.
K04 requires the actual school Country/Place and locally recognised First Nations cultural authority under school protocol. Obtain permission for any local name, language, story, artwork, teaching statement, map, audio or commercial/public use. Record authority owner, exact content/scope, attribution, audience, review/withdrawal process and permitted adaptation. If authority/review is unavailable, hold the relevant knowledge claim. Never ask a child to speak for a community, invent local knowledge, treat a generic map as Country/Place teaching or machine-translate a First Nations language.
ICIP: no First Nations cultural material is supplied by this pack. General CC licences do not replace Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) protocols. Seek free, prior and informed consent from the recognised First Peoples owners, negotiate benefit sharing/fair payment where appropriate, attribute owners and review cultural integrity. If an actual-place conversation unexpectedly includes community-held cultural knowledge, pause its collection/reuse and follow the authority's protocol; do not treat incidental disclosure as a licence.
The verifier checks the existence/structure of this workflow and source/hash pins. It cannot approve a place, establish consent, authorise a care action, determine belonging, certify access, approve ICIP or prove an actual K03 outcome.
