Each round has four steady beats; local numbers restart 1–4. Read every mark and rule neutrally through graphic, raised, exact spoken/printed description, established AAC/sign/words or child-directed adult marks. A learner may rest/pass; inaccessible or unobserved is not failure. Keep first response, later self-revision and teacher-supported work separate. No sound, public solo, touching, handwriting, family disclosure or story is required.

Child tasks: choose the plan whose A repeats exactly, show each corresponding sound/wait, and locate the changed local A positions in the other plan. Describe what B does across rounds and one feature held between plans. What could the paper not prove? A child can show/read/direct marks rather than speak. Same sound count alone is insufficient. Adult reads choices but does not classify, point to matches or mark a solution.

Complete given source: A round 1 = wait, sound, sound, wait; A round 2 = wait, sound, sound, wait. B round 1 = sound, sound, wait, wait; given B round 2 = sound, sound, wait, wait. The sheet shows fixed A, first B and undecided second-B response cells; its printed source statement supplies given second B. Blank/question cells do not mean wait. Neutral adult gives the full source before asking for a response.
Keep every A choice and B's first round. Change only B's second round under these public rules:
- Exactly two sounds in the second B round.
- First local beat is wait; last local beat is sound.
- Keep local beat 2 sound.
Show the new second B, removed/added local decisions and the held parts. Offer an own musical reason or not stated. What cannot be proved from the paper? Save first complete answer before hints. No compulsory realization or audience. Later self-check compares corresponding A decisions, first B and each public rule. Today's later practice is labelled afterward.
