The coordinate-grid SVG (PNG) has x and y from -8 to +8 at equal unit spacing. The comparison-plot SVG (PNG) has labelled integer hours 0–8 and credits $0–$72; it is deliberately blank for plotting. Both have SVG titles/descriptions and these text alternatives. Enlarge, emboss or use an accessible digital graph with announced coordinates. Grid distance means straight-line separation in grid units, not automatically walking distance, travel time or a safe design measurement.

Plain-text coordinate and formula card

Point A = (x1,y1); B = (x2,y2). Horizontal change Δx = x2-x1.
Vertical change Δy = y2-y1. Gradient m = Δy/Δx if Δx ≠ 0.
Horizontal line: Δy=0 and Δx≠0, so m=0.
Vertical line: Δx=0, so gradient is undefined (never call it 0).
Midpoint M=((x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2).
Straight-line distance d=√[(x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2].
For model C(h)=fixed amount + rate × h, label units and domain.
Model audit: What is assumed? What is omitted? What can this predict?

Original mixed-domain route cards

All coordinates and uses are invented classroom models. Do not infer a real map, built environment or device performance.

Card Fictional situation and points Worked teacher key
1 digital poster pixels A(-4,1), B(2,4) Δx=6, Δy=3, m=1/2
2 stage sight-line A(1,4), B(5,0) Δx=4, Δy=-4, m=-1
3 game wall A(2,-3), B(2,5) vertical; gradient undefined
4 garden-plan edge A(-4,-2), B(4,-2) horizontal; m=0
5 library floor-plan A(-6,2), B(4,8) midpoint (-1,5)
6 light-rig drawing A(-3,-4), B(5,2) midpoint (1,-1)
7 model robot A(0,0), B(6,8) straight-line d=√100=10 units
8 sports diagram A(-2,1), B(1,5) d=√(9+16)=5 units
9 route sketch A(1,-2), B(7,6) d=√(36+64)=10 units
10 mural sketch A(-5,3), B(-1,-3) m=-6/4=-3/2; midpoint (-3,0)
11 theatre blocking A(-6,-4), B(2,2) Δx=8, Δy=6; m=3/4; d=10
12 community garden map A(-4,-6), B(4,0) midpoint (0,-3); d=10

Graph-check cards: A line through (0,12) and (4,36) has gradient 6 credits/hour, so C(h)=12+6h. Another through (0,24),(4,40) has gradient 4, so D(h)=24+4h. Both are stipulated fictional quotes for a model print studio. The intercept is a set-up charge, not a guaranteed real price. At h=6, both equal 48; at h=3, C=30 and D=36; at h=8, C=60 and D=56. Domain 0≤h≤8 in whole booked hours. There is no evidence about quality, availability, taxes or fees outside the stated model.
