If no physical try, plan the sequence and record NOT TRIED for A and B.
- Check/respond · 4 min. Record exact pad handler, adult vessel handler, A and B status separately and any real person's label-finding action. If a child treats “FULLY ON” as capacity or stability, state precisely what was and was not observed.
