The key is public by URL and the checks are not secure exams. Collect first child-controlled responses before feedback. If prior exposure matters, prepare and key another invented source. Record reading/scribing/access separately from an adult content cue. No child's actual name, image, voice or account is collected. Data representation from paper can sample K02; K01 actual digital exploration is not observed from either check. A category-level privacy choice samples P01 only partially and is not a legal ownership judgment.

The Paper Costume Rack source prints HAT, HAT, BAG left to right. It therefore has three entries: two HAT and one BAG. Three broad physical tokens represent entries in that order; the picture record is hat outline, hat outline, bag outline; the agreed symbols are H H B. Accept child-controlled alternative symbols only if the child provides a consistent key, preserves order/categories and uses the same key across the work. For an initial response to these printed category labels, H H B is the direct key. First symbol traces to first HAT; last B traces to BAG.
The two blank cards read MY NAME (not written here) and PLAIN CIRCLE ICON. If a card contained the child's own name, that could be personal data about them; the value is not present or requested. The plain circle icon is a neutral invented mark. Record only the category choice, never a real name. This is not an instruction for public disclosure.

The Paper Parade Box source prints FLAG, ROUND TOKEN, ROUND TOKEN left to right. It has one FLAG and two ROUND TOKEN entries. Physical token order and picture record follow flag outline, round token, round token. With the source's agreed first letters, the symbol line is F R R. The puppet's F F R is wrong at the second position: the second source item is ROUND TOKEN, not FLAG. Its count is also wrong (two F and one R rather than one F and two R). Correct the first mismatch and then check all three positions.
The empty cards read MY FACE PHOTO (not shown) and PLAIN TRIANGLE ICON. A real photo of the child's own face could be personal data about them; none is on this page or requested. The triangle is a neutral invented mark. Accept a private point/sign/AAC response; record only the category.
