Check school policy, child consent, accessibility, weather, supervision and privacy. Name the actual place only in school records, never the public repository. Record the actual dated observation, source/permission, the child's own reason or “not stated,” specific care idea, whether permission was granted, whether an action occurred, and what was observed afterwards. A planned action or fictional map is not an observed care result. A child may use the complete fictional route without penalty or personal disclosure.
For AC9HSFK01, use actual private family sources only with child/family choice; do not demand photographs, birthplace or relationship disclosure in a public task.
